If your product is no longer under warranty, we can help you locate a repair shop that could help fix issues like repairing a broken zipper, re-waxing the outer canvas material, fixing a clasp or other minor damages. Send us a message at email@example.com with your order number and address and we will provide recommendations for a local repairer that can help.
If your product is still under warranty we will pay for the repair up to an agreed value, or if it’s not economical to repair, we’ll replace it. Warranty repair work must be pre-approved by us in advance of any repair being undertaken.
If you have lost or are missing a part such as a buckle or tripod strap, please reach out to us and we can see if we have a replacement part for the model of bag you have.
