Q: ARE THE BAGS WATERPROOF?

A:  Our bags are made from a water resistant, TPU-coated canvas material, with waterproof YKK zippers. If the bag is closed up all the way, your gear will stay dry in rain and snow!

Q: HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY BAG?

A: The best way to clean our canvas bags is by spot cleaning with warm, soapy water. For more stubborn stains and removing grime build-up, we recommend a Granger's Gear Cleaner to spot treat. We do not recommend machine washing or dry-cleaning any of our bags. Do not use regular laundry detergent, bar soaps, or bleach-based products as this will damage the material. After washing, air dry your bag upside down (pockets open) in a well-ventilated space.

Q: HOW SHOULD I KEEP MY BAG CLEAN?

A: While our bags can stand up to nearly any environment, to keep your bag clean, we recommend to invest in a rain cover to prevent dirt buildup from rain. Rain covers can also help protect your bag in sandy, snowy, and windy environments.

Q: HOW CAN I DEODORIZE MY BAG?

A: Febreze Fabric Refresher or laundry dryer sheets can do the trick if you'd like to get rid of an odor from the interior of your bag. If using a spray, be sure to let your bag air-dry completely before using.

Q: DO YOU DO REPAIRS?

A: At this time, we do not offer repairs. If your bag is still under warranty, please reach out to us at hello@langly.co with your order number so we can help you out. If your bag is covered under warranty we will pay for the repair up to an agreed value, or if it’s not economical to repair, we’ll replace it. Warranty repair work must be pre-approved by us in advance of any repair being undertaken.

If your bag does not fall under the warranty and needs a repair, we suggest taking the bag to a local bag repair shop that works on leather products or bags. We can help you locate a repair shop that could help fix issues like repairing a broken zipper, re-waxing the outer canvas material, fixing a clasp or other minor damages. Send us a message at hello@langly.co with your order number, a photo of the issue, and your current address and we will provide recommendations for a local repairer that can help.
