Langly Co. stands behind the quality of our products by offering a simple return process. We will refund new and unused merchandise purchased from www.langly.co within 30 days of purchase. Simply email us at hello@langly.co, or via our contact form, with your order number and we will reply promptly with return instructions. Langly does not offer exchanges at this time. 

Bags + Accessories (US returns)

We currently ship from two different fulfillment locations. Depending on the location the item ships from, the return instructions will differ. For our Rancho Dominguez fulfillment location, we’ll send you a shipping label and deduct $20 from your refund to cover return shipping for bags, and $8 for small accessories. For our Gardena fulfillment location, return postage will need to be paid by the customer at a carrier location of choice (USPS, FedEx, UPS). We will send the return address and instructions via email.

Apparel (US returns)

US returns for all apparel are the responsibility of the customer. These returns are to be sent to our warehouse location in Christchurch, New Zealand. The full address will be given to the customer via email.

International Returns

At this time, we are not able to provide shipping labels for international orders, however these can still be returned. International customers are responsible for shipping the item back to Langly via the instructions provided by customer service.


Please note that refunds and returns will only apply to purchases made directly through www.langly.co with the use of a Langly Co. issued invoice number. All refunds will be reimbursed to the original form of payment or as online credit. In the case of any return, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees that are incurred during the process, including initial shipping which will not be refunded. Customers located outside of the U.S. will also be subject to all shipping charges, duties, and taxes per their countries import policies. For your own benefit, please be sure to retain tracking information and appropriate insurance coverage when shipping items back to Langly Co. 

Your refund will be authorized upon receipt of receiving your returned item. Langly reserves the right to deny a refund based on damaged or worn state of the product upon return. All refunds will be inspected and can take up to 5 days once received by our shipping warehouse to be eligible for refund. 

If a complimentary item was added as part of a promotion, the complimentary item must also be returned with any item the customer wishes to return that made the order eligible for said item in order to receive a full refund. Please note that price adjustments on previously purchased merchandise are not offered. Langly Co. reserves the right to modify its return policy at any time.
